I just experienced the Environ facial yesterday!!!! AMAZINNNGGGGGG!!
My face is so soft, refreshed , absolutely no dryness or tightness from the cold weather and elements from the winter. I am in absolute awe on how my skin looks right now. Keep up the great work!!!

Staff are very friendly, but was not happy with my service and we had some miscommunication which made it worse. Both my service provider and the owner reached out to me offering solutions and reimbursement. I really appreciate the integrity that they had, genuinely wanting my experience to be perfect. The owner is clearly very involved in her business and takes great pride in offering nothing less than top notch service.

If you ever have concerns about your service reach out as they really do care and will want to fix it for you.

I was SO skeptical about this place.. any place with scary sounding machines and expensive treatments that I thought make people look unnatural and prey on vulnerabilities . UNTIL..my friend went and had some treatments and shared about them online. And then I saw her in person. I was SO impressed. SO, I skeptically, with sunglasses and a hat, (Kidding but it is by the Ice Cream place everyone in Barrhaven goes to) for a 'consultation. First impression. Gorgeous space. Second Impression. Girls at the front were NATURALLY AWESOME and LOOKED NATURALLY AMAZING. That had me curious. Then my consult with Melinda was so informative and relaxed.. and she told me options for the things that were bothering me. Number 11 between my eyes and really weird neck things happening! Like ET neck. 4 big hard veins sticking out whenever I moved. Creepy. But she said she could fix them! I did not believe her. And she said she could help the number 11. I thought it was too deep. Lets just say I am in awe. I no longer have the creepy neck. (that treatment took about 30 seconds. ) And the number 11 is almost gone ( 30 seconds) And the cost was worth it given the frustration and heartache I must admit these things were causing me, try as I was to age gracefully! So I HIGHLY recommend this team. Julie the owner is absolutely amazing, Melinda, should have a cape, Kylie the receptionist is incomparable in every way and Aphrodite also a true pro. Next step, my eyebrows with Cara! They don't 'push' what isn't necessary. They are informed and caring. These gals are us. With magic wands. Love this place. And now I march in there with no sunglasses or hat.
