“30 Eleanor Drive are great apartments in a great area. It is an older building therefore all units are much larger than the condos / apartments built today. The maintenance and office staff are professional, friendly and quick to respond to any issues. I have been at 30 Eleanor Drive for 32 years and I got in here through a sublet. There was a 11 page waiting list for people wanting to get into 30 Eleanor Drive. Today it is a bit easier to lease and I do recommend it to others.

The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day. The gym is open 24//7 and never crowded. During the summer months the swimming pool is immaculate and a lifeguard present always during opening hours. The pool area is awesome however, there could be more men in speedos.

30 Eleanor Drive have lockers for each unit and a covered parking garage as well as outside parking for those who want it. You could not feel safer anywhere else ... a beautiful neighbourhood with parks and trails.

It could not be better located with shopping centres, restaurants, OC Transpo, schools, churches, health care service and all within a residential neighbourhood. It is a fabulous location for seniors.”
