We didn’t have a great experience the first time we visited the store but the owner Moustafa reached out to us to try to correct things. He has gone above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied. We just went back today and were assisted by Ali. We are going to place our order shortly and we are sure that Moustafa and his team will follow through. I bought natural pre-finished maple, select or better. Good product, just a few boards were defective, little loss, delivered on time by very nice people. Installed 37 boxes and very happy about the quality and the price. From my experience, I highly recommend this place.

I made a good decision to buy my hardwood flooring from The Hardwood floor Outlet. They have so many choices so I can take my time select the color that matching my staircases. The quality of the hardwood is definitely solid, you can for sure get the better quality with less price!
