(May 16, 2019, 3:19 pm)Had two unpleasant experiences. Will deal with today's Thursday May 16th. Ordered a medium dr coffee with milk and sugar. 5 people after me ordered, most with food items. They received their order and left. Was still waiting. After ten minutes of being offered other people's orders ( should have grabbed it and left), I re-ordered my coffee and explained to other server that I had already paid. She promptly got me my coffee and apologized. Retrospectively, it would have been nice to maybe get a large instead of medium but oh well..It just seems that this particular TH is disorganized. However, it maybe just back luck on my part.
