  I really do not know what the negative comments are about. The gentleman I saw was extremely courteous, made efforts to acknowledge everyone, and offers excellent service. I went to get a few links removed from a new watch I got. There were 2 people in front of me, and while i was there a few more came in. He made every effort to acknowledge them, but at times, he was concentrating on detail work, so it was impossible to acknowledge everyone right away, but he did make an effort to do so. He worked quickly and efficiently and got my watch fitting perfectly in no time. I would definitely recommend, and I will be going back

  Stoped in just before closing and received great service. Fixed my watch on the spot.
  Was more impressed with the owners wish to educate you about how watches work and their complexities. Certainly knows he topic.Charged a very fair price. Looked at another older Swiss watch of mine that needs complex repairs and gave me a number of options on how to proceed but was not pushy in wanting me to make a decision on the spot. Will be my go to place for my families watch repair needs for the future. Small family run business.

  Very good shop, he could not find a piece for my old Timex from the Timex people so he came up with a customized solution which works beautifully and my Timex is back to life! Merci!
