(March 12, 2019, 1:51 pm)I came in yesterday to this location looking to buy a car seat and was assisted by an employee named Ashley. She went over and beyond. She answered all my questions and even went to the car and tried the car seat out before buying it. This is what I call customer service. I would come back to this location, just because of her. What a great employee.
(December 20, 2018, 9:49 pm)We went to this toys r us to have car seats fitted last week. We needed 3 across in our smallish vehicle. The car seat guy that was there was a HUGE help! We tried many different combinations, until we found one that fit. It took almost 45 minutes, in decently cold weather. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. We left feeling very happy that we chose this location. The man deserves a raise!!!

She went above and beyond and helped us to find everything we were looking for and provided many great recommendations. As first time parents this was incredibly helpful and appreciated. Thanks so much for such awesome customer service!!! :)
