I saw Wendy in 2013 for help with emotional eating. I had been trying to lose weight for years without success. With Wendy’s help I was able to lose the weight and keep it off. I still enjoy my treats from time to time, but the compulsion is gone and I can make a conscious decision before I indulge. I still listen to the hypnosis tape Wendy gave me several times a week and find it to be a wonderful tool for clearing my mind and getting to a deep state of relaxation. Getting help from Wendy is one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself.

I've had the pleasure of knowing Wendy Armstrong of the Wellness Center for approximately 15 years. She has assisted me on several occasions with wellness issues, the most important helping me to finally quit smoking. I had tried many times using different methods over the past two decades but could never get control of the nicotine addiction. With only a couple of visits, Wendy guided me through the process of hypnotherapy to become a non-smoker. It's been about three years and I haven't looked back.
