I have been a client at The Dog Ranch since it opened in 2011. First rate facility, great people and great fun for dogs of all ability levels! Brenda is always ready to introduce new sports to the dog world in Ottawa. Thanks so much for everything!

The Dog Ranch has a great set-up. Brenda the owner is quite nice, yet I very much was frustrated with the communication (or lack there of) both through e-mail & phone. I was very much excited to have a facility so close to home with diverse schedule of classes, yet there were multiple e-mails in regards to class times and dates for example that I had sent without receiving replies. I have also tried to call and left voicemail messages without hearing back.
My hope in writing this review is to provide constructive positive feedback so in the future their will be better communication thus a more welcoming feel for future clients, and perhaps with me as I would still like to patronize the facility if communications lines were better.
**Upon writing this review, communication has been much better, so rating has been changed to a 4/5**
