Protek is a great company and their customer service is amazing. Del is wonderful and has responded to my questions and concerns at all hours of the day and night. He installed my security system when I bought my house a few years ago, walked me through all of the steps on how to use the system and was patient and informative as I took notes for myself. Any time I needed help, I would simply call him and he would help me troubleshoot trough any issues I was having over the phone. If troubleshooting didn't remedy a problem, he would come by the same day or the following day in person to investigate and fix the problem himself. The Protek team is incredibly professional and efficient and they never leave you waiting if something needs to be done to ensure that your home is safely monitored in the event of any issues that may arise with your system. I highly recommend them!

I was with a big security company previously and I needed some new equipment because my current system was older and some parts needed
to be replaced. The big security company was going to charge me big bucks for a technician to come and replace those parts. I decided to
look around elsewhere. Protek was highly recommended to me by my neighbor. I called Protek in the morning and spoke to the owner directly
and he came to my house that same afternoon to show me what he had to offer. I give this company A++ for customer service! On top of that
the installation was only a week later and very professional, clean and done by the owner himself. You can't get better service than that!
