Heart 2 Heart First Aid CPR Training Ottawa

I took a standard first aid and cpr level c course, i got all the info i needed and a great class atmosphere. The instructor pat was an absolute delight. She is very knowledgable and seems like she has been doing this for a long time! Great course, great instructor, great learning environment.

Just completed a blended standard first aid and CPR Course. Spending the day learning with our instructor, Pat, really made the online learning come alive. Pat is warm, informative, knowledgeable, and makes learning meaningful by sharing real life stories and experiences. I now feel confident to help out in an emergency situation, from the practical skills to the other very important part of caring for someone: treating them with dignity , compassion, and respect. I just completed my standard first aid, CPR C and AED training. I chose the blended learning option, but honestly, our instructor Pat was so wonderful, that next time I might consider doing the 2 day in class. This is my second time having Pat as an instructor. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable about the subject matter, teaches in a way that combines hands on practice and group work along with direct instruction, but is also passionate, warm, kind and very funny. Thank you Pat!

Took a Standard First Aid & CPR level C with Pat this weekend and it was awesome! I thoroughly enjoyed the course & found the days went by very quickly. If you’re looking for an engaging and passionate instructor then I highly recommend Pat! The location was great and I feel a lot more comfortable with my skills if I am ever required to perform first aid. Thanks Pat!

I love taking the course here. Patricia was my instructor and she is really nice and explain very well. My first time passing the test without having to takes a lots of note. She explained clearly. The location is good too, they have parking lot and oc transport stop right in front of the building. I recommend it 100% here??
