Great produce and quality products. Lots of cool vegetarian and vegan products as well as falafel and shawarma.

Cedars is a wonderful neighbourhood grocer. They have excellent produce with a focus on local growers whenever possible. There's an eclectic selection of goods overall. I can always seem to find that odd ingredient that I'm missing. Forget driving all over town ...

Great for locals, open 10pm nightly. Lots of parking. Produce is nice many items local as availability allows. Watch for fluctuating prices though, and some overpriced grocery items, mostly premium type items.
Shawarma is good too, but not as hot and fresh past 9pm. Kalamata olives at the deli are best I've had, please don't change!

So good. I don't do groceries here because I don't live in Ottawa but love to visit. The hot food is delicious. I absolutely love the spicy garlic sauce. We always make sure to buy a dozen samosas to go. The baked chicken and vegetable version are the absolute best.
