Excellent customer service

Ok, so here is the scoop from the handful of times I've been there:

This place is actually very good and reasonable: prices and staff have both been very agreeable. And the wares themselves!

Their selection is nice and the service has so far been excellent. They can be fairly busy and of course are competing for deals with many other stores.
For great jackets and other seasonal articles of clothing, their array of options is quite decent, as is their exchange policy.

I had bought a new coat of good quality and extremely fair price, but the zipper had a small issue.
I returned it without issue and am extremely happy.
I will be happy to return again.

If you watch for sales you can even get a deal on a deal, and although they can't promise new stock of each specific type to remain high, as they do sell a lot (?) yet the good stock keeps coming in. For coats don't expect Canada Goose, but a cheaper tag of lines that are very good and affordable.

(This is great for women and men, and teenagers. They basically specialize in coats for the season, as well as clothing such as sweats and some pyjamas.)

I would have given them a 4, but the service I have received the few times I have been there, was absolutely top notch, and so I am happy to give a 5. Similar to many people, customer service often makes or breaks whether or not I return at all.
I am happy here.

Lot of varieties of clothes and great prices. Staff were really welcoming and helpful.
