Mobile Klinik Professional Smartphone Repair - Ottawa East

I was dealing with phone that wouldn't charge properly for months. I was in the store for like 5 seconds before the had the issue sorted out! The charging port was just full of lint, who would have thought!? Obviously not me. The mobile clinic is staffed by friendly guys, and they had my phone working properly again for no charge!

Great service, very knowledgable staff, and overall, very trustworthy. You feel they are really trying to help you, and not seeing you as a business opportunity. I am considering buying phones from them actually!

I was so impressed with Mobile Klinik at St Laurent Shopping Centre. My old phone died completely and I had no backup for my contacts so you can imagine that. I brought my phone to them and they said that they could replace the battery and they were hopeful that it would be ready the next day and it was!!! The technicians were very friendly and understanding. I have a one year warranty on the battery which is amazing. Needless to say, I need to backup my phone!!!

We stopped by the klinik with my daughters phone that wouldn't charge. The young man cleaned out the charge port for us and the phone was able to charge! We were so grateful! He did it free of charge! I would definitely go back if needed.

I had previously got my Android phone's screen fixed at the Mobile Klinik through my coverage from Rogers. It was easy to schedule a good time to do it, and they did the job well. The other day, I had an issue with my headphone jack, and they figured out that it was because of dust and debris. One of their technicians cleaned it out free of charge. Helpful, courteous staff.
