Brought my car in for an interior and exterior Gold package detailing. I spoke to Frances, he was very friendly and welcoming. My vehicle was stunning and super clean. The price was very affordable and Frances treated my car like his own. Excellent customer service - already booked another appointment.

SUCH an amazing experience. Premium Detailing and Auto Service absolutely crushed it. I accidentally spilled a bottle of FISH SAUCE in my trunk and then it baked in over the long weekend. I brought my car into see Francis - the car was meticulously detailed, the trunk was scrubbed clean (even the spare tire was removed and washed) and the scent of fish sauce was no longer all for a VERY fair price. These guys are just amazing. :)

He’s super busy so you need to be extra sure about setting pickup times. However, if you’re polite and nice, he’s really great to work with.

If you bought a groupon, return it and go to his shop directly. He gives you the discount price, and it helps because you pay the same and groupon doesn’t take a cut

I'm not impressed easily but these guys definitely had me impressed with their service and professionalism. I didn't need to reserve a spot, they gave me a great price, treated me like a king and did a great job with my car. They got rid of salt in my car that I previously thought impossible. Great stuff!
