My wife got a stone chip on a Friday morning and after some research, Roadrunner was the place to call. Ali was amazing from the get go, he would have provided same day service but my wife was fully booked so he came home on Saturday morning at no extra charge.
He was sharp on time and was incredibly friendly and polite, very professional and knowledgeable. Got the job done in no time and the chip with a small moon shape crack was no longer there after finished. He did a thorough inspection for additional damage and also looked at my other car.
I would recommend his services in the blink of an eye to anyone. His professionalism and appreciation for your business are remarkable, wish there were more business owners like him. If you ever need glass repair or replacement services, do not hesitate and call Ali!

Ali is very quick when it comes to windshield replacements and has the best prices in Ottawa. Definitely recommend , extremely professional and knows what he's doing .
