I moved out of the Sandy Hill neighbourhood in 2002, tried a more expensive, "fancier" place near my new home. The new place promptly lost a favourite silk dress, washed a gorgeous Thai silk jacket (ruined it completely), and then ruined a new wool jacket by putting too much cleaning product on it. I quit the "fancy" place, and now I drive out of my way every week to go to Sandy Hill. They know fabric, and never wreck my nice clothes. They may not "speak very good English", but these are decent, hardworking people doing an extremely good job. I am a loyal customer - and a fan.
