It's a great little store to spend time in. Shopping for a gift? they have lots to choose from and you're not confined to only books.

Well laid out but daughter was not happy that she couldn't pay cash for her items.

Good little location. There's lots of selection and the store itself is much bigger than what it looks like from the outside. Staff are attentive and kind. You'll often get asked if you need help finding anything. this location has a large children's and baby's section near the back, which is quite impressive. Overall the store is tidy and organized - although the line up can be confusing as to where you need to stand - there's not a lot of clear signage and it's pretty cramped tables and displays.

Greatest bookstore in Ottawa.... it might also be the only book store in Ottawa... but it has great products
