Donnelly Fleet Repair & Collision Centre

Alas, I have needed to use Donnelly Collision Centre twice this month. Both times I have felt that hey had excellent, friendly customer service and everything was well organized. Both cars were fixed very quickly. The next time I back into a pole or a tornado ruins my car, I know where I’ll go for repairs :)

I would highly reccomend this location. The customer service is absolutely amazing. Derek and the shop foreman made me feel super comfortable and made sure I was taken care of. If everywhere had employees like this, the world would be a better place. Please make sure they see this!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Can't say enough about these guys. Within an hour after arriving, they had diagnosed my car issues, and I was on my way home in a loaner. ( the repairs would take most of the day). The knowledgeable, prompt, courteous service, I received from the service adviser (Derek) is something you just don't see very much anymore...And after 30 years and 7 vehicles, I can say this with most certainty. They even fixed a tire issue without me asking. (No charge). Car is running great, and despite living 40 minutes away...I will be back to receive service and quality workmanship like this! Thanks again.
