When the wife's A/C didn't work 4 months after buying a vehicle from OAS I dropped in unannounced, explained the problem and less that 30 minutes later the problem was fixed with no questions asked and at no cost.
Try and find that type of service from a used car dealer anywhere else!
Highly recommend Ottawa Auto Sales to anyone who is looking to purchase a used vehicle. -

It developed a weird 'bump' sound within two weeks of purchase, and he had me bring it back in and had it fixed up, no charge, no questions asked. Two years later, I was ready to sell the car again -- the pandemic made two cars unnecessary -- and I got back in touch with Charlie to see if he'd like to buy it back. He agreed to see it, and offered me a fair price. He's been a total pleasure to work with, for both buying and selling. I recommend his dealership without hesitation.
