Just amazing! I will be back for sure. Really cute spot, the service was great, such kind staff, and the shakes are so tasty. Ice cream sandwiches too! Can't wait to try all the different cereals. Highly recommend.

This place is amazing! Everything from the aesthetic, to the products to the service is awesome. This is the type of spot you’ll start to crave after just one try! So happy Ottawa has a cool new spot like this.

Awesome place and great service. Was very busy during its first opening but staff still made sure we got what we ordered as fast as possible. Definitely coming again!

Cocoa Pebble & Fruity Pebble shakes were really good, owners seem super friendly and they even gave us two ice cream sandwiches as they were so busy and appreciated our patience. For a first day of business these guys did a great job and JAM will be packed come summer time!
