  I took the woman's self defense course with my teenage daughter. It was fantastic and I would recommend it to everyone, especially teenage girls as they are looking to gain independence and find themselves on their own more than before. I was great for us to do together and it was great for me to see her gain confidence. This should be offered in all high schools, it should be a mandatory course. It is more in depth than I had expected, very well put together and executed. Fantastic instructors

  Unbeatable place to learn Krav Maga in Ottawa. Instructors are very patient and friendly, and the environment is diverse and welcoming. There is a kid's class, women's class, and a regular adult class (where about half are women too).
  
  Head instructor (Laurent) is extremely patient and will explain the moves as many times as you need. He also peppers his classes with interesting anecdotes and stories for you to learn from.
  
  Overall an incredible experience that will change the way you think and act forever. It's the best Krav school for curious beginners, seasoned students, and anyone looking to get in shape while learning practical self-defense.

  Awesome place, the environment is very friendly and inclusive. The classes are challenging while also very empowering! Both the women's self-defense course and the regular adult class are highly recommended.The instructors are patient, approachable, and they challenge you to be your best while working with you where you are at. Laurent really cares about his students and makes sure we get the best training possible, while also making it an enjoyable experience!

  Krav Maga Ottawa is terrific. The instructors (including the internationally-recognized head instructor) are first rate. The classes are intense and very practical. As a bonus, the classes (well most of them) are fun.

  I have been training at Krav Maga Ottawa for a couple of years and it has been a terrific experience. The instructors are excellent and the facilities are also great. This is the very best in practical self-defense training!
