Covid19 patio service is excellent. Only 1 table for 4 people and social distancing is easy :)
Burgers Burgers Burgers. First choice for a hundred different choices of the most creative and tasty burgers around, including meat-less and lettuce bun versions too.
If I could improve eating there I would request more options for smaller kids, including toddlers, simple food such as mashed potatoes and veggies as we love taking ours and would love to feed them at the same time, plus a variety of alcohol free beers for the drivers.
Our server was amazing, the burgers were juicy, and portions were generous.
The onion ring tower was awesome. Crispy/crunchy, and thick slices.
Had the Dead Ringer Burger and it tasted amazing. The beef was juicy, the brisket was excellent, and it all came together nicely.
The only issue were the fries. They weren't crispy, but rather limp.
Everything else was very good.
Value, variety and great burgers
You kind of need to be in the mood for this place, for a real burger.
Kind of a homey joint, blues music playing and drinks served in a Pyrex measuring cup (honestly I drank out of these when I was a kid and loved it).
The burger options are many but bottom line it’s fresh chuck treated well.
I had a lunch special and it wasn’t extra for a “blues burger” with bacon and blue cheese and it included fries and a drink for a crazy low price. Value big time.
Great service.
Fun place, good food, solid prices.
Cheese dip was wonderful! Black, red, and white tortilla chips really sets of the dish. The tomatoes and onion on top make each bite that bit different.
Disappointed that they were out of elk, but the beef version of the burger was enjoyable too. With the multigrain bun, the burger went to the next level.
The juicy Lucy was a bit too charred on the edges and a bit too pink in the middle for my taste. It was still tasty as long as I had fries to cleanse the palate a bit. Overall well balanced.
Fries were delish, especially with some vinegar and salt.
Staff were helpful with changing the selection when he had to disappoint us that the elk wasn't available.
