Purchased our 5th Audi from the same dealership and they get bigger and better each time. A must see if you are shopping for an Audi in the greater Ottawa!
(February 20, 2019, 10:42 pm)Was looking to buy a car and found ad online. Stopped by to check it out and left with the car next day. Emilie Desforges did a great sales job for the car, pricing and providing quotes thousand times until it looked as a perfect deal to me and led me all the way through whole purchase process until I left with a new car. I was quite demanding as a customer, so she did amazing job here.
Also I really enjoyed working with Ksenia and Phil - guys answered all my questions with quite a good knowledge of what they responsible for, so great job on this side of the deal too.
Had a few questions to clarify with service department and left with a good impression.
Dealership it highly recommended. I will definitely come back for service or another purchase.

(December 21, 2018, 6:13 pm)Did not have an overall pleasant experience with Ian Thomas. He is personable and respectful but he used unnecessary pressure tactics (claiming the interest rate will increase before the end of the month, which turned out to be a lie because the rate did not increase- rates only change at the beginning of months) and persuaded me to sign a document and deposit $1000 to hold the offered rate and vehicle (which turned out to be a 'final' sale document and deposit, even though he explicitly stated that it was not and he confirmed this in writing on the document). Needless to say, I did not expect this type of sales tactics from a luxury vehicle salesman. In the end, I ended up closing the deal with the sales manager Bjorn- who told me that he would discuss these matters with Ian.
