Bellefleur Physiotherapy

I recently injured myself during the COVID pandemic. I started doing physio with another clinic (1 month virtual and over 15 in house sessions). At the end, although i was feeling better, i wasn't great. During this time i started exercising a lot and eating better, making me feel like i was getting better due to what i was doing opposed to the physio, even though the pain was roughly still there. In the past couple of week the pain came back very hard, therefore i decided to get a second opinion.

I looked up some companies and found Bellefleur. I was quickly scheduled and paired with Natasha & Sophie. They diagnosed the injury to a different part of my body. They provided me new stretches, i am now just at session 2, and i feel great. I am very optimistic that over the new few weeks i will be hopefully back to somewhat normal.

5 Stars, this place is the best for physiotherapy. They spent the entire session with you working and do not skip out and manage multiple clients at the same time with an assistant. I recommend all of them especially one of the brothers Dave who saved my life a couple of years ago. He put my sons back on track when needed and is very professional. Please expect to work when you go there, not lie down and do nothing with the muscle stimulators and cracker jack like tools. You won't be disappointed and if you feel adventurous and need faster result just ask Dave to pull out his needles. Guru Dave is also a certified needle physiotherapy Chinese king master. I know this sounds weird but dry needling sessions do hurt but you feel so great after, I recommend you try it. When you arrive for your session Dave will serve you a glass of their locally produced and freshly squeezed orange juice with a freshly baked croissant for after your session.

I was experiencing tense muscle pain on my shoulder and went in to try dry needling with Dave after trying massages and hot/cold compressions didn’t work. The experience was excellent and Dave explained everything to me first and then we started the needling process. It wasn’t as painful as I thought it would be, and after just 1 session I felt a major difference. There was some slight pain the day after but it faded as the day went by. I went in for another session the following week and instantly felt the difference and didn’t experience any pain that evening as my muscles had already started to loosen up. I’m continuing to get a weekly session so that I can feel the difference and I highly recommend that you give it a try. The staff at Bellefleur are all very helpful and friendly and I would like to continue using their services.

I am very pleased with the staff at the Bellefleur Physio, located on Beechwood Ave. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them. They were also very accommodating to my schedule.
