a truly wonderful place, very well maintained, elegant yet cozy, warm and well decorated, friendly... only good things to say. The staff is wonderful, friendly, working hard, and helpful. Their approach and actions during the pandemic was, and still is, exemplary and reassuring Kudos!!!

Have lived here for close to 3 years. Management responds quickly and professionally to requests and concerns. Marion and Scott are incredible and always working hard to ensure that the building runs well and they do it with a smile. Appreciate that Property Manager, Jason hosts a summer BBQ and Christmas reception. Great opportunity to meet the neighbors. Super location , great amenities and a good place to call home.

Great place. It was spotless when I moved in. Very quiet and any issues are addressed quickly. Management, custodial and cleaning staff excellent. I fully recommend Terrasses Gabrielle to anyone looking to enjoy the freedom of renting.

Been renting here for a year and a half. The material and appliances used are first rate. Management and staff are helpful and super friendly. The location, for me, can't be beat. A big Loblaws a block away. Bus stop right in front of the building. Easy walk to UOttawa campus or Rideau Centre. There's a gym and a pool as well, which does the job for a quick workout. I highly recommend this.
