From the first introductory meeting to the final initials on the sale document, we felt well taken care of by Lyne Burton [Lyne and Dominique]. Each step in preparing your home and putting it on the market was outlined and well orchestrated and every question was answered with kindness and patience. The sale of our house followed the plan to a "t". Yes, with Lyne you get a plan.

Lyne Burton was incredible really helping us navigate the competitive and aggressive Ottawa market! Without her we definitely would not have found the amazing house that we ended up buying. She put it on our radar, drove us to the viewing, helped and arranged ALL the details, and we would have otherwise missed out. This was just a sample of our routine that we repeated a bunch of times before having an offer approved. She was always there for us.

Whether it was giving us candid advice when there were houses she knew we wouldn’t be happy in, answering our emails and texts at all hours, or doing strategic market research for the history of sales in neighborhoods so that we’d learn from all the data she really did a fantastic job. We’ve been just over the moon ecstatic with how wonderful and hilarious she has been. We could not have asked for a better or more experienced person to really show us the ropes as first time home buyers. We always felt cared for and that we were really important to her.

Lyne was tenacious, immediately responsive, and was the best agent we could have asked for! We are overjoyed to have our dream home and we have Lyne to thank for that.

A few times Dominique jumped in and helped us too. We were also very impressed with her professionalism, availability, effort, and genuineness. Once Lyne told her we bought the house, even though we didn’t speak with Dominique directly, we just knew how happy we were.

Lyne and Dominique form an awesome partnership and we could not recommend this dynamic duo more. Thank you Lyne, thank you Dominique we really appreciate you. We’ll have you over for BBQ after we take possession.
