Not Just Baskets

We have placed two orders with NJB. Both have been a roaring success. So appreciated by the recipients. We will not hesitate to use their services again.

This was the first time I used Not Just Baskets in Ottawa. The products are varied and look lovely. Charlene was prompt, professional and answered all my questions. I never write reviews but I felt compelled to give Not Just Baskets a 5 star rating! I was so pleased with the service they provided and Charlene was wonderful in terms of helping to create a custom basket! My daughter was thrilled to get an Easter surprise full of her favourite foods/snacks -- a "dorm friendly" selection of munchies that appeal to a university student! It was delivered with no problem on the Saturday of the Easter weekend and the fact that their delivery person could FIND the right residence building deserves extra stars just for that alone! Thanks so much -- I will absolutely recommend your company and use you again in the future!!
