  Appending to my note below. Excellent no nonsense service, excellent location - no fuss for parking. Everyone was absolutely amazing from the lady at the counter and other staff member who take the time to help out seniors. Thank you very much Steve (Bank Manager) for making business enjoyable!
  
  Gonna try this branch after having had a terrible experience at Bayshore, wish me luck as my mother banked there for over 50 years and "no one cares about loyalty" Lets hope this branch provides better service dealing with estate accounts. Will keep you posted for the aging population. Bad enough having to deal with death then you have to deal with staff who are limited to knowledge with estates. Terrible idea to put "their legal department" in a generic database. Who's bright idea was that?

  Setup an appointment with a financial advisor and had to reschedule. They had no problem with this and accommodated my request with ease.
  
  When I arrived for the appointment, the lady at the desk was very helpful and two or three analysts passing by asked if I had been helped yet and even showed me how to grab a complimentary coffee.
  
  Everyone at this branch is always well-mannered, helpful and kind. This is a model for good service.

  Td bank in itself I find more convenient and fairly priced overall.
  I am rating this location in particular because I find it easy to get to, comfortable, and it has a drive-through.
  I was compelled to write a review because of the great service I got from Wesley there, today. He was very clear, very quick, and genuinely interested in helping me out.
