The food is decent. Not as good as I remember from when I was a kid. The service on the other hand was well done. Staff was very friendly and happy to help .

I love A&W, and this location is no exception. Restaurant is always clean and the cruise nights in the summer are a great excuse to get out and mingle. My only gripe with this location however is how they lettuce wrap their burgers... I love getting my burgers lettuce wrapped, instead of on a bun, but this place does the worst job lettuce wrapping burgers of any of the other chains I've been to. They should have someone from the Norwich Ave location in Woodstock come train them on the process... they've got it down to a perfect science. Otherwise excellent.

A&W is a little pricey but really good. I tried the Beyond Burger finally and it was great and I'm not a vegan. They are also saving the turtles because they now have paper straws! Amazing, love it! The packaging is now compostable.
