The team at Hometown Heating and Cooling did an excellent job of replacing our hot water tank. They diagnosed the problem quickly and had a new tank installed the day after I called with the problem. I was so happy that the turn around time was so fast and that the job was done so efficiently. Everyone on the team was friendly, helpful and professional.

From our first contact to the end of the job, everything went according to plan. Stacy was great on the estimation, and Jamie and his partner were both wonderful on the installation. They were respectful in our house, and went above and beyond for us. We couldn’t be happier. Steve has assembled a great team. We wouldn’t hesitate to have Hometown Heating and Cooling back should we ever require another HVAC solution. They came highly recommended, and deservedly so.

Stacy took our call at 8am and had Doug at our house shortly after 9am to investigate our suddenly dead AC. After some thorough testing explained along the way, the problem was diagnosed, options discussed and repairs made on the spot. All with extreme professionalism, great courtesy and humor. Well worth the affordable price and more. The kind of effort that makes you happy not only to pay, but to post a happy review in a few places online to help send them other people.
