My Husband and I bought a used Honda Odyssey from Bert's. We had driven all over SWO looking for a good used van and had interactions with many dealers and happened to spot Bert's van on kijiji. After test driving and talking to William we were put at ease with the purchase. The pricing was fair and William went above and beyond our expectations a few times. William has since serviced the van for us and has a great mechanical knowledge. The vehicle was in and out before we knew it which was a big help with an upcoming trip that we needed it for. You just don't get this kind of treatment and trustworthy workmanship anywhere and we are really glad we found Bert's. William is very personable and easy to talk to. Which was a nice change when you're looking for a car
