I've been working here now for 6 months and so far everyone is good to work with. Management is fair in my opinion. The work can be tricky at times when you have to crawl into vessels, but in those situations they understand if it takes you more time to complete those tasks. I've never been pressured to work faster or harassed by my leaders.
This place in my opinion is only for the skilled fabricator. We dont do easy jig work where you can turn your brain off and go. (Well very little) We use many different welding processes and many different materials here. Be prepared to learn new things. I've been welding for 17 years and thought I knew a lot... but I'm learning every day new tricks and tips. I like it because there is never a boring time on the floor.
Met up with this company at the spring cottage life show . Sunny Fong - was more then helpful with me, and my family. His knowledge and design of the CSA approved container home really impressed me. This company has it together !
