Very amazing food, they stayed late to cook for our group. It was much appreciated. Beware, they do have a two beer limit. Not their fault. It seems to be a funky
Provincial rule. Give them a try, if you love Indian food, you won’t be disappointed.
I absolutely love Indian food and we went on Mother’s Day. It was great, I really enjoyed it, who cares if the furniture looks outdated. I do suggest signage that says it’s Indian cuisine as I only found out about it because I saw a photo on google of the Indian dish or else I would have tried them out a long time ago.
A couple of friends and I had dinner there a few days ago and we shared a variety of different Indian dishes. Everything was super yummy and well made. Our server was attentive and polite. We will all definitely be back!!
It was half cooked dry manchurian gravy served .
I appreciates the chef as he/she tried to make the vegetarian biryani but it was turned to downside of it.
Naan was served not like prepared in restaurant and as it was brought from some grocery store and heated it before serving.
Lot of improvements to be done for tasty food.
We finally decided to try Daksh, for breakfast in Tillsonburg, it’s a new restaurant in town, where Scotty’s family restaurant used to be.
I will first say that they have good coffee and a delicious standard breakfast, they also have omelettes and pancakes and a few sandwiches on the breakfast menu. They have no eggs Benedict though. My biggest problem is the atmosphere and decor of the restaurant, it’s like walking into 1983, no music, just silence, nothing looks like it’s been updated in years, it’s just not welcoming. If places have great food, I get it, I’m usually not picky about ambience, but this restaurant looks temporary, tables are old, everything just looks old and outdated. The service was good, food good, I may come back again and try the Indian cuisine for a dinner sometime, it’s just doesn’t feel great when you walk in.
