Fine place to bank friendly staff but annoying that once you get comfortable with an advisor they are constantly being replaced. Also wish you could call branch directly to book appointments as the random people they have booking don’t really know how to help and can’t answer your questions as if your advisor is still there or not.

So I’m not a client but I have a mortgage with them.
I recently signed my new mortgage with SB. The person I dealt with was Brandie. First I was welcomed by a real person who heard my concerns. She also reacted faster than any person in a Financial matter that could make or break us. Louise an investment manger & Brandie supervisor started too look into my issues just before close. I truly believe when it’s all send in done they will get the results my family is looking for.

That being said. The Scotiabank just proved to my family we are not just numbers. There’s a face to our account number. Not since the 1990’s have I felt the Bank was looking at all the options and not just the numbers.

Brandie & Louise just like you, want to hear the truth and give you the truth. When you go to a bank, please try get to them because they want to know you.

Scotiabank just prove to me that personal relationship with your Bank are still possible. That your family’s financial concerns are about you and the numbers. This could be just this branch or these two people who showed genuine concern & respect to the person sitting in front of them.

Bravo to this little branch who flexed their muscles when this cliente needed. Thank you Brandie & Louise for showing this writer that your Banks Rocks & That you Care.
