(December 15, 2018, 7:21 pm)Sent an ipad here to be fixed - charger snapped off in the port. They were honest and up front with the lead time and cost to fix the item. Unfortunately it could not be fixed however they returned the item at no charge. I would definitely return for more repairs in the future.
