I just gotta say Thank You very much to Dee Dee for her proffessionalism in getting my clips for my Ridgeline , which was purchased else where , and going the extra mile in checking about recall on airbags etc , YOU ROCK ! I also Thank Chuck for taking the Time out to show me the switch thats turns it on and off and telling me about the burnt out lite and giving me instruction to change it . YOU ROCK . I’m young and this was my first time purchasing a brand new car. I never felt as if I was being taken advantage of or anything as I have had that feeling while car shopping at other dealerships. Rob was very knowledgeable about the civic and what each model offered. He was professional and made sure my needs were met, especially when it came to choosing how I would finance the car. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision as I had been comparing the civic to a different car. He was honest about either choice and did not guilt me into the purchase.
