They ensure that the electronic waste is broken down and recycled properly, which means less of our non-renewable resources (like precious metals) end up in landfills where they won't breakdown.
Not only have I always received fantastic customer service everytime I've been there but I also get given back money for something I was going to pay to throw away.
Depending on when you go there could be a bit of a line up but ALWAYS WORTH THE WAIT.
