Friendly & helpful employees. Not a lot of merchandise in store that are in flyers. So unable to see actual products. Most items must be ordered and take 2-4 weeks to get delivered. Best to phone ahead with product # before going in to view particular items you want. As they likely don't have it in the store! I found many other items shown in store thst are " no longer available to purchase" as well. ????

Typical high pressure sales. A group of people were waiting as soon as I opened front door. A salesperson helped me make an informed decision right away. I said I’d call my wife and inform her of purchase. Rhonda said she’d wait for me at desk. I couldn’t find her in store. I went to desk where I met her and sat for 15 minutes! Many people saw me sitting and no one asked what was up. I asked someone to find her but he found a customer first. Found out Rhonda had gone on to help another customer. I was just left there. I’d have given less stars but store owner heard me asking for her again and he helped me himself. Felt like objective is more to get a sale and move on; not so much real customer service. Props to owner for working in the trenches.
