Our new superintendents Steve and Rita joined us a few months ago. It’s sooo nice to walk into a spotless squeaky clean building. They are always ready to help in every way. We feel like part of a family. They are amazing! Sweet Kind couple. Drewlo hang on to them! Arthur &Camy Hage !

I'm so excited. Now that I have experienced the outstanding welcome from Superintendent Ruby and husband Tim, I look forward to being part of the 955 James Street family. I have always been a believer that first impressions set the tone for the future and, based on the professional manner in which the viewing was handled and my questions were answered, I know I will feel completely safe, cared for and counted as important as a new resident in this building.
Every aspect of our daily lives is important and, since this couple will be part of mine, I am thrilled to be accepted as part of the team....Pamela Lee...Author.

Ruby and Tim were both very helpful through the entire application process. They allowed us to take measurements and were even nice enough to lend us a tape measure after we forgot ours! Looking forward to our move in next month!

My husband and I can’t say enough on how wonderful Ruby is. Being a new building we have had minor hiccups. Ruby has made sure any issues. No matter how small have been resolved. It was our first time looking at rental properties in Woodstock and my partner and I both fell in love with 955 James St. We saw many properties during our day (townhomes, condos, etc) and none compared to this building. Yes, the other properties were beautiful and within the same price range. However, the biggest reason for us deciding to go with this building was the superintendent - Ruby. Ruby is one of the kindest and sweetest people we met all day while touring Woodstock. You could tell she not only cared about her role as the superintendent and the building, but also about the people that lived there. She is very hardworking and was amazing throughout our whole application process. I cannot say enough good things about her. She is ultimately the reason why we wanted to call 955 James St. our new home.
