My name is Jed and I am a 57 year old chef who is looking to get more fit. I have been working with Scott for 2 years and in this time I have gained muscle mass and able to eat whatever I wish. He is flexible and I appreciate most is when he seems to be able to come up with alternative routines when I'm "unable to" do certain moves. :) Scott is always dedicated to his clients. I am a somewhat active man in my 60's. I met Scott a few months ago and have been working with him regularly, mostly to improve my overall health and flexibility. I have several old injuries, rheumatoid arthritis, and some other chronic conditions. Scott does a great job of challenging me in a workout while still respecting my limitations. Recently, we began training via zoom. I have built a significant amount of muscle, reduced my body fat percentage, and lost around 15 lbs. so far. I would highly recommend Scott.
I have been lucky enough to work with Scott over the last year. I am 28 years old, currently work in the fitness industry but am looking to transition into a career in policing, along with goals of improving body composition, improved nutrition and overall pain free living. He has helped me at great lengths to get my legs functioning properly so I can be a successful runner for an upcoming fitness test and overall being 'fit for duty'.
