I can’t begin to say how impressed I am with the work Select Heating and Cooling did installing a new furnace and Air Conditioner in my 27 year old home. From the Office Sales (Matt) to the installation staff (Scott, Aaron, and Noel), it was excellent friendly customer service. From the minute they showed up they were organized and ready to go. Scott was amazing! You can tell he enjoys his job and has a thorough knowledge of the equipment he’s installing. By watching him work he certainly has solid experience in his trade. Same goes for Aaron and Noel. They all did a real professional job and were very courteous. Scott took the time to go over all the equipment from top to bottom and in great detail. He answered all of my questions without hesitation and made sure to tell me that if I had any questions or concerns to call and let them know. Having to make a big purchase like this Matt (Sales) and Scott (Install) certainly put my mind at ease about the quality of the products and the workmanship they put into the installation of the furnace and air conditioner and cleaning of the existing duct work. I certainly recommend anyone in need of Heating or Cooling services to give Select Heating and Cooling a call. You won't be disappointed.

You knocked it out of the park again. I had them put in an air conditioning unit and water heater in 2019 and just had them return to replace the furnace. Matt was great doing an inspection of the old furnace and determining the best unit for the space. Scott did a wonderful job with the installation, even educated throughout the process, gave helpful tips and ensured I was happy before leaving. Again, Paul and his team did an awesome job. Highly recommend.

Awesome service! I used them to fix the furnace. Matt came out the same day, figured out what was wrong and explained the problem very well. He had the furnace up and running in no time. Very good customer service from the office to the techs. Good pricing. I would highly recommend Select.

After a extremely deep and in depth research project into HVAC installation firms with in a 40 mile radius of Woodstock I chose Select Heating and Cooling to install a replacement furnace in my mobile home. Reason being, company attitude, professional representation, timely and prompt attention to my needs. There was some custom work that was accomplished with extreme quality and inventiveness. Pricing and quotation was provided in a detailed, open disclosure format which I appreciate. Installers were mannerly and respectful, Office and shop were neat, clean and the front end reception was courteous and efficient. I have another installation of an AC unit scheduled for spring, to which I feel will be done with equal quality. So far extremely satisfied.
