The Co-operators- Brittany Agius Insurance & Investments Inc

I initially wrote a review when I first signed up for insurance through the Co-operators but it has been a year now and I'd like to update my review.

Through Brittany's help, I was able to get better coverage while also adding life and tenant insurance all for a lower cost than I was paying before through big insurance companies that didn't seem to care about me or my business.

From having such a positive experience with Brittany and her team I even had my mother switch over her insurance where she was also able to save some money and get better coverage.

But what really sets this firm apart from other insurance firms is that Brittany really cares about her clients. She knows that going through a claim can be a difficult time for anyone and she'll do whatever it takes to make the process as easy as possible. Even while Brittany was on vacation, she personally made herself available to my mom who had experience a leak in the basement of her home.

If you're sick of calling 1-800 numbers and want to work with somebody who will go above and beyond, I highly recommend giving Brittany and her team a call. Insurance shouldn't be such a nightmare and that's something I only realized once I made the switch to the Co-operators.

All of my family's needs were considered carefully and sensitively while my questions were answered with clarity. I heartily endorse Brittany and her team for insurance and investments as they take the time to ensure your requirements are met.

Every time I call and need assistance I get the best customer service ever. It's easier for me to respond by emails because of my all over the plane work hours and they have no problem updating me that way instead of the usual phone calls. They even contact me to let me know I could be saving more money! Who doesnt want that!? Haha as a first time car owner getting insurance, it was a breeze and I cant thank them enough for getting me through something that could be very stressful. Highly recommend!
