This man would never tell anyone to go "f@$" themselves... without good reason. That woman must be mistaken. :)
I've only had to call Thomas Electric twice since I moved here, once for a new panel, another for a pretty simple fix. Both times they were more than prompt, work was well done, and their rates were more than reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
