I've lived here for almost 10 years and I find it to be a great place to be. It's like it's own little community. Mostly young people with children.
Nice place, the community efforts are great especially if you have little ones. Always fun activities happening. The units are the best price around, especially since it's not social housing, and they feel bright and large with nice high ceilings and large newer windows.
We have lived in the co-op for many of years now. We have shared some great memories here with family and friends. We have raised 5 children here and now some of those children are raising their children here. Always remember life is what you want it to be regardless where you live.
Been here for just about a year. Friendly place to live and any issues get dealt with in a timely manner
