I contacted Seamus Gardiner, Proprietor of V.I.P. Home & Yard, in an urgent manner in late May this year to cut and maintain the lawns at a home in Woodstock a short time before it went up for sale. I was in a panic because I live three hours away from the property and I would not be able to go back and forth in any kind of frequency. I was now involved in what will be an Estate sale. Seamus calmed me down over the phone and said he'd go over to the house in an hour to have a look.

True to his word, Seamus called me from the Woodstock property a short time later to advise that he'd be able to cut the grass weekly. It was already late in the season and yard maintenance companies had been out and about for a month already. I felt pretty lucky indeed!

Seamus would send me a pic of the property after grass-cutting and I would immediately e-transfer the funds. I did meet up with him at the Woodstock property on a few occasions before the house closed near the end of August. Seamus is easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. He and his staff were always professional, courteous, and on schedule. Seamus communicated with me at all times, whether I was at the property in question or at my own home three hours away.

I would not hesitate to recommend V.I.P. Home & Yard if you're in the Woodstock ON area. Simply splendid! I notice the company does so much more than the grass-cutting I contacted them for.

Terrific experience with VIP Home & Yard. After a few years of neglect from previous owners and damage spots from a new puppy, VIP came in with a clear-sighted plan to revive my lawn, then kept it impeccable for the entire season. They came out to help move my car when when CAA would not help because I was stuck in the snow. Very honest and helpful and quick.

These guys are the BEST! One of our customers had a flat tire. One of the employees and the owner changed the customers flat, recommended a tire shop and even made them a reservation.. They are always neat and tidy and leave our commercial lawn manicured and looking beautiful. As the song goes SIMPLY THE BEST.

The company we contracted to close off our irrigation system was a no show. We called James (and mind you, this was the end of the season). He had to rent a machine and by the time he came it was dark.
And by the way, he was cheaper that all the quotes we got at the beginning of closing season!

In terms of reliability, professionalism, affordability...V.I.P Ho e and Yard is the way to go!!!
