We toured the farm with A-15 lions youth camp .12 international youth ..what a great experience ... 10 out of 10 across the board , tour, s'mores bar and knowledgeable... Sophie was a great host to the youth and spoke with passion for what she is doing .
We have not visited this farm but it is a couple of miles from our home. We used Sophie's delivery service this Fall and were very pleased with the produce we received each Wednesday afternoon. Included in her delivery was a bottle of salad dressing..............so good. We wish every success to Sophie and her new business. Try it............you will be happy you did!
The weekly delivered "salad box" was a huge hit at our house!! The collection of different curated veggies was delicious. The events held on the farm here are also well planned, so much fun and highly recommended!
What an amazing experience! Wow!
Like hitting a reset button.
Reminds you how the world can get so big sometimes and the need to stop and smell the roses! Incredibly kind and funny people, cold drinks (choice of some alcoholic beverages too!) when the suns out, hot chocolate (choice of adding Baileys!) when the sun goes down. Then a nice fire with wholesome conversation. I will definitely be back in some form ♥️ Thank you Rising Roots/Farmer Sophie!
I attended the “Build your own bouquet” event and I’m reminiscing in the wonderful time I had while looking at my beautiful hand picked bouquet.
Social anxiety? Not here! 🥰🥰♥️
i have never been more excited about receiving vegetables before than when i signed up for Rising Roots weekly salad subscription! the flavours I've never tasted before, and the colours of the vegetables were incredible.
i also bough some seedlings from her farm to help start my own small garden, they are coming along nicely.
be sure to visit her at the weekly Woodstock Saturday market if you havent already, you wont regret it :)
