watch for, warning signs and what to expect in the offer/buying process all before

important to me, and helped sort out my must-haves by showing me lots of

was everything I was looking for. I knew she was a busy lady because she has
a lot of listings and clients, but she was always on it, always available, always
willing to make it work. Bonnie is very easy going, with a great attitude, lots of
experienced, and her approach made it very clear she was focused on finding
me the right place, and making sure I were comfortable throughout the process.
She put me in contact with mortgage brokers, home inspectors and lawyers, I
was amazed at how smoothly and how quickly everything came together. I
expected the process to be very stressful, but in the end it was just exciting, as
