The team here is great! I have been going to Dr. Bishop for over 15 years now and the service is amazing! Was just there had to get readers and Lucy was so helpful when I arrived, and she was helping pick out my readers with team she even went above her job to make sure that as soon as my glasses had arrived that she had called about 15 mins after they were tested to make sure the prescription was correct. Such a great team keep up all the hard work ladies ( definitely Lucy)!! Thanks again for all the great service!

I booked a first time appointment today for both me and my spouse, we had the best experience, Dr. Scott Marshall actually took the time and explained all the test results in full detail, it was very educational. We were treated extremely well. The staff was also fantastic and very efficient. We both agree this was the best experience with an optometrist we have ever had. Seriously the BEST Optical store I have ever been too.
My husband lost his glasses in Lake Joseph and I called FYIdoctors at 5pm with the hope of a miracle that he can get a pair of glasses that late in the evening same day.
Paula is AMAZING. The store closes at 5.30pm but she was still willing to see us and help my husband get a pair of glasses!
She picked the best frame for him in advance and cut the lens so well into the glasses. Not only that - the price was AMAZING!!! She also helped him find a solution to not lose his glasses in the lake again and found him a clip on sunglasses. Paula was never hard selling and helped us out with everything!!
If FYIdoctors and Paula was in Toronto I would be their regular customer!
Seriously if you live near the store and need glasses go to FYIdoctors!!!

Awesome job keeping everyone in stock with contacts! I love an hour away from Parry Sound and this team shipped my contacts right to my doorstep! Also it was very fast to receive my contacts! Great work during this pandemic!
