This was my first time doing the colon hydrotherapy & juice cleanse together and my second time doing the colon hydrotherapy. You cannot go wrong with either option, I found them both to be incredibly cleansing. Brenda explains everything very thoroughly. She is open to all questions, and addresses any concerns you may have. Overall, great experience !

Recently I visited Naturally Balanced Holistic Health Studio for my third colon hydrotherapy session. Brenda is professional and courteous and takes the time to answer all questions without making you feel rushed. This is certainly a point worth mentioning because you may naturally have a lot of questions before your first colon hydrotherapy session such as…..How far in do I insert the disposable attachment? What will it feel like? How do I know when to release? Whatever your question may be, Brenda won’t judge or make you feel like you’re asking an embarrassing question. She takes the time to listen and answer your questions. It’s my experience that this open dialogue really helped to feel comfortable for my session(s).

The studio offers a quiet and relaxing space (complete with ambient music) to ensure you are at ease during your session. The Angel of Water is an open colonic unit so you are alone in a private room during your session… but rest assured Brenda is only a page-button-away if you have any questions during your session.

In the past, I had coupled my colon hydrotherapy sessions with the juice cleanse which is offered in conjunction with a local restaurant (Food & Fervour in Rosseau, ON). The results were great and I would highly recommend this option to everyone. The juices are delicious, nutrient dense, and offer a variety of flavours so you aren’t left feeling hungry.

This time around I skipped the juice cleanse component and used my colon hydrotherapy session as a spring-cleaning of sorts. Although my results weren’t quite as drastic as they were with the juice cleanse, I still felt great afterward.

Overall my first-hand experience with colon hydrotherapy has been positive. And I can attest to the following benefits which I’ve experienced, weight loss, clearer complexion, reduced bloating as well as a sense of increased energy and overall just feeling lighter.

Once you try a colon hydrotherapy session at Naturally Balanced Holistic Health Studio you will be hooked! I know I am! You will feel light as a feather after one of these sessions even if you’re not coupling it with a juice cleanse.
