West Parry Sound District Museum

I did not go in person but I did contact the museum for assistance with a newspaper article. A young lady name Amy assisted me and although they did not have the article I was looking for Amy transcribed the very poor copy I did have so I was able to learn the information I needed and lord knows my eyes aren't what they used to be. Museum is small but the climb up the tower was nice. Would be better if they had glass rather than metal cage for safety. The hike along the railway was nice.

Gardens are beautiful, the tower was fun to climb. Great history about the area. Wasn't a lot to see in the museum, but nice place for a picnic.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating to our needs. The location is beautiful, with views of the water. The building itself is well-kept and clean with interesting exhibits.
